Once you have a Problem List Window, you can select various files listed and use the Fix and Get Info buttons to find out more about each file’s problems and to solve those problems.
You also have the option of selecting several files at a time by holding down the shift key while selecting list items. If you want to select several discontiguous files in the list, hold down the command key while selecting files. You can also use Command - A or the Select All item in the Edit menu to select all of the files.
